Running with bad knees
Yesterday I went on a 4.5 mile run. I did this same run this past Monday as well. I don’t usually run the pavement because I have had 4 knee surgeries total. 3 on the left, and 1 on the right. I’m A long time soccer player, who turned to the mountain bike to rehab myself after surgeries. I did these runs to see if mind over matter works with the pain. I focused on using my muscles to brunt the work. I always enjoyed running for my training. Just get bored of the spin bike for cardio!
